Natalie Yee

As a practicing attorney since 2008, Natalie has provided her clients with legal, practical, operational, pragmatic solutions for their residential and commercial real estate transactions.  She has managed over $275M in property transactions including: single/multi-tenant retail, multi-family properties and operations, lease/contract negotiations, refinance/defeasance, sale-leaseback structuring, and 1031 exchanges.

Natalie’s expertise stems from an active involvement in managing her own real estate portfolio; establishing her own legal practice emphasizing all aspects of real estate transactions from refi’s, due diligence, to entity organization and structuring;  along with an extensive background in tax, real estate, and business law.  She prides herself on making sure every real estate transaction ends with a successful closing for all parties.

In her spare time, Natalie gives back to the community by serving as a Board Member for several non-profit organizations.
