Kevin Montgomery

Kevin Montgomery began his career in real estate investment in 2014. He has served as a Swiss Army knife, playing key roles in acquisitions, accounting, marketing, data analysis, and information system management. Over that time, he has underwritten over $500M in single-family, multi-family, commercial, and development investments.

Kevin came from a customer service background, working as an Executive Chef and General Manager of fine dining establishments and golf courses throughout the Midwest. You may have seen him dueling the best in culinary competitions in the late 2000s, and he served as a chapter president of the American Culinary Federation.

In 2013, he earned his first degree at Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. In 2017 he received an MBA specializing in Finance and Cybersecurity.

Throughout the years Kevin has enjoyed working with local organizations to improve lives and outcomes, such as Women in Need, Breast Cancer Foundation, and the Boys & Girls Club.
